Dr. Lindberg earned his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the UCI Medical Center. He later founded the UCI Executive Health program designed for individuals seeking premier health exams, executive physicals, and comprehensive lab testing. He is the past President of the Orange County Heart Association and has been a frequent speaker to physicians and leaders about health care and disease prevention.

Dr. Tuominen received a St. Mary’s Academic Scholarship from the University of Minnesota Medical School, where he also participated in the Rural Physicians Associate Program. He completed his medical residency in Duluth, MN and his first staff position was with the Mayo Clinic Health System gaining further experience in full-spectrum family medicine.

Wray’s viewpoint on wellness is centered on the successful relationship between an accurate assessment, mindful goal setting and focused activity. All three of these factors work together and his goal is to help patients find tools to maximize all three.
